괜찮아 사랑이야 (It's Okay, It's Love) #2

This is my second post out of a collection of posts dedicated to Gong Hyojin's fashion in the popular Korean drama, 괜찮아 사랑이야 (It's Okay, It's Love)!

There's many outfits to find and identify but I'm enjoying myself whilst I'm cracking on it. In short, Gong Hyojin's character Ji Haesoo has a very casual style in the show; there's mostly plain coloured tops with some logos on them paired with some wide-legged pants or some simple dresses and sometimes you'd see her spice up her outfit with some patterned items.

Anyway, once again, Ji Haesoo was seen in some culottes and a boxy tee along with Gong Hyojin's favourite sunnies.

I love this outfit so much. Not everyone can pull off a lilac coloured tight midi skirt as well as Gong Hyojin does. I love how she paired this high-end luxury skirt with a simple beige t-shirt. Burberry Prorsum has a collection of different midi skirts in different colours and lace designs and I'm in love with each one of them.

괜찮아 사랑이야 (It's Okay, It's Love) #1

Popular Korean drama 괜찮아 사랑이야 (It's Okay, It's Love) ended last week with a total of 16 episodes. I watched all of it and loved it. Ji Haesoo and Jang Jaeyeol is definitely my favourite fictional couple in k-drama history!

After I finished watching it, I decided that I will feature the outfits Gong Hyojin wore on this blog! There were a lot of outfits that she wore throughout the show (I have screen-caps of more than 50 outfits!) and they will be split into multiple posts.

I probably won't be able to identify and find every single item she wore but I will try my best as I know that a lot of items became really popular and sold out very fast after Gong Hyojin wore them on the show. This proves how much of a trendsetter and a style icon she is!

There are certain brands of clothing that she wore frequently throughout the series, for example, 2econd Floor (as she is the ambassador of the brand) and pushButton. Korean accessory brand, J.ESTINA was one of the sponsors of the drama, therefore their jewelry and purses were featured throughout the show as well.

Overall, Gong Hyojin's character Ji Haesoo had a mature style to suit her age and her easy-going personality. She was seen in more loose fitting office-wear such as patterned shirts, straight-cut pants and culottes. She was also seen sporting her signature 70's casual look with a pair of bell bottom jeans which accentuated her long legs. Besides all that, it was really fun to see her in some comfy home-wear clothing as well.

All in all, she played this character so well and wore all these outfits so effortlessly like they were meant to be hers. Her stylist has been amazing for putting together so many fantastic outfits to go along with Ji Haesoo's personality.
